Utility bills are mailed on or before the 10th day of each month. Utility bill payments must be received before 4:00 p.m. on the 28th of each month. If the 28th falls on a weekend, payment must be received before 4:00 p.m. on the next business day. Payments received after the 28th will incur a late fee of 10% of the total balance. Payment of full balance must be received before 4:00 p.m., seven days after penalty is incurred. Payment may be made by mail, online or by phone. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, credit card, debit card, or bank draft.
